A “facelift” for the company premises.
Renovation of the roof and façade.
An architectural upgrade and improved energy efficiency for the enclosing structural elements.
A multi-coloured Trespa Meteon façade on rear-ventilated spacer profiles with A1 thermal insulation was fitted on the existing concrete façade.
The existing windows and entrance systems were replaced.
New, thermally separated aluminium windows with triple glazing, Ug = 0.7 W/m²K.
Unsupported canopies with laminated safety glass.
Dismantling and disposal of the existing bitumen roof sealing and insulation in accordance with TRGS 521.
Installation of new roof structure with vapour barrier, tapered insulation 160/360 mm, large-area membrane (250 m²) made of synthetic rubber (EPDM) and 50 mm loose gravel cover.
(Protection against wind suction and against heat in summer)
