The construction team with architects Schön + Rückoldt, Wiesbaden, construction company Brömer & Sohn GmbH, Wiesbaden and hall construction specialists Schauenberg GmbH, Karlsruhe realised this building project for the Schäfer family.
A speciality wood store, a Werkerswelt DIY store with offices and warehouse and extensive outdoor installations with generous parking facilities were created on a floor area of almost 11,500 m².
